I have found the best way to combat the RSI is stretching the wrists forward/back for 5 seconds. The pain is gone but they still feel stiff/strained.
I have reloaded zaurus with http://www.pdaxrom.org which gives me a true X desktop and true wireless tools.
I wanted the traditional iwconfig etc because the cacko ROM I had previously did not and the system can not connect to my new AP (replacing the one I dropped), windows machines connect fine but the zaurus always fails.
I even install kismet to check that after failing to connect with the WEP key that I had turned off WEP and I had and it did not help.
Funny though cos it will connect to someone else's AP if I set the EESID to "any".
I spent less than an hour converting the topblock code to windows using this handy guide http://www.jumpstation.co.uk/info/mingw_setup_guide.html It runs very slowly but it runs in windows, command line options are missing along with wire-frame and blob mode. I will add download soon.
I worked out what was required by using http://meld.sourceforge.net/ on the old dangerball.c and the new dangerball.c
In other news a t-shirt design I had been working on for a while did not work on the coloured t-shirt I had bought with the "print your own" paper I had, needs a white background, grrrr.
